Couples & Relationship Support
I am a certified PREPARE/ENRICH® facilitator offering structured, evidence-based premarital and relationship enrichment counselling. I work with couples at various stages of their relationship, including those experiencing distress, to strengthen communication, rebuild emotional connection, and develop healthier patterns of relating, drawing from Family Systems Theory.
In addition to couples work, I support parents, as well as adoptive and foster families, using research-based tools that promote deeper understanding, stronger connection, and more resilient family relationships.
Education & Professional Background
I hold a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) in Clinical Counselling from Tyndale University College and Seminary (2017).
I have worked in family service agencies, mental health clinics, medical settings, and community organizations. I have also served as a guest speaker at the Global Chinese Institute of Applied Theology and have been invited to facilitate educational workshops for community groups.
